Wiggly Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your cozy package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • United States & Canada: We offer completely FREE standard shipping to all US and Canadian customers. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days.

  • International (Rest of World): We ship worldwide! IDelivery typically takes 10 to 14 business days depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, your tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We want your Wiggly experience to be perfectly stress-free. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will ship a free replacement immediately.

  • If your tracking indicates the package was lost in transit, we take full responsibility and will reship your order at no extra cost.

International Customs & Duties

  • We ship to happy tails worldwide!

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
