Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want your Wiggly experience to be perfectly stress-free. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we will ship a free replacement immediately.

If your tracking indicates the package was lost in transit, we take full responsibility and will reship your order at no extra cost.
